You should refill the ProbiPureAir handheld chamber every month or when it is empty. You can check the fluid level visually as well. Refill time will vary based on frequency of use.

The handheld refill ampoules come five (5) to a package and can be ordered on our site. For larger room diffusers, the probiotic solution can be bought in 1 L to 5 L containers.
We warranty the ProbiPureAir misting systems for 1 year from purchase for a replacement. The warranty is subject to normal operating conditions and not dropped in water or fire or other adverse situations.
